Storm tears are a milky liquid that on rare occasions rains upon areas of the Upper Planes. This weather usually signifies the death of a powerful force of good or the birth of a stillborn child. A vial of storm tears, though nonmagical, duplicates the effects of a heart's ease spell, and sells for around 750 gp.
