Also known as Kearackinin, this realm is home to Sess'innek, the creator of the demon subrace known as lizard kings. Little is known about the Phantom Plane, as Sess'innek has sealed it to outsiders. Having grown tired of the endless politicing of the Blood War, he secluded himself in his layer, preventing any from entering it without his express permission.
