Special Abilities

Planar Navigation (Su): By navigating along multidimensional paths, an astral streaker can travel any overland trip on the planes in half the normal time, and can travel between points while ignoring local travel requirements such as the Traveler's Way on Elysium. On any planes whose overland travel times are random, an astral streaker instead always takes the minimum amount of time to reach its destination.

For Player Characters

An astral streaker familiar can be summoned using the Improved Familiar feat; an arcane spellcaster must be lawful-aligned and at least 5th level to acquire an astral streaker familiar.
