Encompassing the border between the [[Paraelemental Plane of Ice]] and the [[Quasielemental Plane of Vacuum]], Frigid Void is a realm of utter nothingness, devoid of matter and light yet filled with a freezing cold.  Towards the direction of Ice, the pure blackness becomes slowly replaced by ice and snow, appearing piecemeal as a cutter draws closer.  Towards Vacuum, the blackness persists, but the chill slowly disappears as it's replaced by the total lack of sensation that marks that plane.
