The first layer of Elysium, and the last layer touched by the River Oceanus before it reaches the Beastlands. Most cities in Amoria are found along the banks of Oceanus, and it is commonly used as a means of transportation and trade.
The terrain of Amoria is wholly rolling woodland and green meadow, with the mildest of seasons. Even winter is just cool enough to keep people from taking the warmth of spring for granted. The prairies and woods of Amoria are full of all sorts of wildlife, with birds of all descriptions everywhere, filling the air with song.
Most Ciphers on Elysium can be found on this layer, congregating in small, contemplative communes where they seek the perfect unity of body and spirit.
