Kynine is a beverage made from the beans of the kynos tree, a native of the Abyss. Though an excrutiatingly painful poison to most living things, it's well-enjoyed by many fiends, thanks to their natural poison immunities. Kynine is usually found for 40-60 gold per bottle in areas where it can be sold, but is nearly impossible to find in the Upper Planes.
