Tactics
Before Combat If Lissandra expects combat in the near-future, she'll prepare with a casting of ablative barrier, shield through her arcane bond, and a single charge of her wand. This increases her Dexterity to 12, her Initiative bonus to +1, her Reflex save bonus to 4, and her AC to 20, 13 touch, 19 flat-footed, as well as converting the first 5 points of any attacks that deal lethal damage to nonlethal up to 45 (and giving her DR 5/– against nonlethal attacks).
During Combat Lissandra, oddly for most wizards, prefers to fight in close combat, attacking with her staff of striking intermixed with magic missile or lightning bolt, and following each attack with a usage of shift to keep distance from her opponents.
Morale If Lissandra is reduced to half health or combat looks to be going badly for her, she attempts to escape via dimensional steps or teleport. If this fails, she instead runs for the nearest portal with a gate key and leaps through in hopes that her opponent lacks the key.

Special Abilities

Shift (Su): Lissandra can teleport to a nearby space as a swift action as if using dimension door. This movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Lissandra must be able to see the space that she is moving into. She cannot take other creatures with her when she uses this ability. She can move 5 feet for every two wizard levels she possesses (minimum 5 feet). She can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Intelligence modifier.

Dimensional Steps (Sp): Lissandra can use this ability to teleport up to 30 feet per wizard level per day as a standard action. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments and such movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity. She can bring other willing creatures with her, but she must expend an equal amount of distance for each additional creature brought with her.
